Our pricing keeps things simple. We offer tiered packages starting at the prices listed on our site, and every one of them can be tailored to fit your brand and show. We make everything clear before you commit, so no hidden costs or surprise add-ons, just full production, distribution, and support built around you.
PRODUCTION DETAILS
Turnaround: 3 days (excluding weekends) to edit and get back to you.
Distribution: Apple, Spotify, and YouTube via Podbean
Platform hosting fee: We cover your Podbean hosting while you're a client. If you end your agreement, you take over the fee or we help you migrate to another host during offboarding.
ONE-TIME ONBOARDING FEE
$1,500 — Required for all new shows

How do you set up YouTube? Most people spend weeks figuring this out on their own and still launch with something that doesn't quite feel right.
That's what the onboarding fee covers. Before you record a single episode, we handle every piece of your show's foundation. You show up to your onboarding meeting, we learn your vision, and we build it out completely. From your hosting setup and podcast platforms to your custom artwork, trailer, and YouTube channel. By the time we're done, your show looks and sounds like it's been running for years.

Every podcast produced at Speakeasy is 100% owned by you. If you ever decide to move on, we'll transfer your feeds, files, and hosting account directly to you. You're never locked in.

Every episode includes a live onsite podcast engineer, full audio and video editing, audio mastering, distribution to Apple, Spotify, and YouTube, and three 30–60-second vertical social media clips, all for one flat rate based on your recording frequency.

Every podcaster is scheduled for a 2-hour block. 90 minutes are yours to use however you need: recording, warm-up, guest conversation, whatever works best for your show. The remaining 30 minutes are reserved for our engineer to prepare the space for the next session.

Yes, one round of revisions is included per episode. You tell us what you'd like adjusted, we make the changes, and that feedback becomes the standard we follow going forward.

We cover your Podbean hosting fee for as long as you're a client. If you ever end your agreement with us, you can take over that fee directly or we'll help you migrate your feed to another hosting platform during offboarding.

Before you record a single episode, we spend time getting your show fully built out. The $1,500 onboarding covers a consultation session, an onboarding meeting, your audio and video trailer, custom artwork, custom music options, hosting platform setup, web page setup, and YouTube optimization. It's everything you need to launch professionally.
